Strength & Conditioning Classes
YOU’LL TRAIN IN A SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENT (TYPICALLY 5–10 PEOPLE), ALLOWING OUR COACHES TO CORRECT FORM, MODIFY MOVEMENTS, AND KEEP YOU PROGRESSING WEEK AFTER WEEK.

Personal Training
Personal training is one-on-one coaching built around your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Whether you want fat loss, muscle gain, improved performance, or accountability, personal training provides the highest level of attention and customized progression.
Online Nutrition Coaching
Our nutrition coaching is designed for real life. We help you build consistent habits, improve your relationship with food, and create a plan that supports your training goals.
We work with busy adults who want fat loss, muscle gain, improved energy, and better long-term health, without extreme dieting.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training is ideal if you want a more personal coaching experience while training alongside 1–3 other people. You’ll receive individualized programming and coaching while still benefiting from the energy of a small group.
Performance Training (Spartan / DEKA / OCR)
Want to train for an event? Our programming is designed to build strength, conditioning, and durability. Many of our members participate in Spartan races, DEKA events, and endurance challenges.
Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are a blend of strength, cardio, and HIIT-style training designed to challenge your entire body. Whether you’re just starting out or experienced, every class is scalable to your fitness level. Our programming focuses on building muscle, improving endurance, increasing strength, and enhancing mobility in a supportive group environment.
One-on-One Personal Training
This is our most premium service — individualized training tailored specifically to your goals. Whether you’re training for a race, building strength, recovering from an injury, or just getting back into a routine, you’ll work directly with a certified personal trainer who designs a program built entirely around you and your needs.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training offers the benefits of personalized coaching in a small group setting of 2–4 people. You’ll train with others of a similar fitness level or with similar goals, following a program designed specifically for your group. It’s a cost-effective way to get individualized attention while enjoying the motivation of a small community.
Nutrition Coaching
Our online nutrition coaching teaches you how to fuel your body to build muscle, lose body fat, and feel your best — all without strict diets or restrictions. We’ll guide you in tracking calories, macros, and fiber, and help you build meals that fit your lifestyle. You’ll learn sustainable habits that lead to long-term success, with flexibility and support every step of the way.
